👋 Want to learn design & work with me? 

Over the next 3 months, I'll scale up my solo design practice into a small agency. I'll be looking for junior (like, really green) designers who will help in the first 80% of a design project:

- gathering inspo, templates, components
- setting up the basic layout (Figma auto-layout / Framer stacks)
- creating basic colour & font styles

Here's why:

- junior designers are cheaper & less opinionated
- the "last mile" is close to handoff, and I don't want emergencies 
- I don't have experience with large design teams and I don't want to make that experience at the expense of other designers; I need people who want to learn and be OK with following directions. But you won't only get your hands dirty, but also be able to ask business related questions (which are more valuable than pixels)

but the last reason is probably the most important
