Our diet is a major issue with this. We have so much crap on our grocery shelves, which is way more affordable than the healthy food. I’m not sure how serious education can be while lawmakers are lobbied and donated to by the corporations that put that food there.

Yes, although tbh I’m thinking about this in the context of providing those services to young cancer patients (ie, not approaching this from a preventative angle)

Like you note it’s a multi factor problem and will be very difficult to reverse the tides driving the increase in diagnoses 🫠

Mental health is a bad problem too. Affordability of it. Insurance coverage issues. I think there is a shortage of therapists too.
