I used kaged and kaged elite, the caffeine was too nuts for me. Now just preloading electrolytes and hitting higher levels of potassium and magnesium with it. I also tried non stimulant pre but seemed like I didn’t get much from it vs a good electrolyte mix plus after workout powder protein and greens.

Weight and rep wise, no difference between using it and not. Warm up sets just seemed to feel better initially.

Yeah just felt better to start the sets but overall performance wasn’t increased. Muscle gains were no different from month to month either. Recovery between sets was maybe better but again I didn’t notice anything as far as actual growth. I do hit protein powder and greens powder after every workout plus milk.

You want to go down a rabbit hole look into micro dosing cialis and its effects on your blood and oxygen delivery system. I haven’t done it, but my exercise science phd buddy and I occasionally play what ifs. When we climbed Denali together we dosed viagra. Was a definite difference in performance vs Argentina
