Who’s seen benefits from microdosing? There’s plenty of evidence and I’ve seen first hand a complete turnaround in mood and focus with prolonged use but haven’t used it myself. One of my close friends microdosed to help get through the grief of his son’s death.

I think micro dosing gets a lot of hype, and is not really sustainable. I think the benefits are probably better if you have a “macro” trip while camping or walking around the park on a nice sunny day

Yeah! It helps with mood, focus and self-insights. Feeling more 'aligned' and present if that makes any sense. If you have the chance then I'd def recommend trying it out. My fav way is to soak my micro in lemon juice and mix it with a cold green tea with ginger. Works great with a small amount of caffeine too.

Absolutely. Great energy and overall great feeling for me. I’ll do it multiple times a week and a couple grams on the weekend. My friend makes mushroom taffy it’s really good.
