I used kaged and kaged elite, the caffeine was too nuts for me. Now just preloading electrolytes and hitting higher levels of potassium and magnesium with it. I also tried non stimulant pre but seemed like I didn’t get much from it vs a good electrolyte mix plus after workout powder protein and greens.

I have to study up on electrolytes + potassium + magnesium combo. I know their other benefits after workouts or for recovery but as a Pre seems fun!

It typically takes a number of weeks (at least 2 weeks) for beta-alanine supplementation to yield meaningful increases in muscle carnosine content…. it is unlikely that beta-alanine is the primary ingredient improving performance in studies utilizing one-time supplementation.
