Not necessarily on Ethereum (L2 may make more sense) but any asset that relies on or benefits from accurate, reliable tracking. Like government property, wine for connoisseurs that desire supply chain info, or even tracking carbon compensation. Areas that benefit from transparency and currently lack it

I think it would be something you can’t get anywhere else. An RWA that isn’t available in NYC on TradFi - but that’s rare, because almost everything does exist What are you thinking?

I’d say price matters. On Ethereum, it would have to be something of higher value. On an L2, it would be a different story.
