Has anyone built a functional web-of-trust thing? We have an actual use case. tldr: - people invite people to our popup city gatherings - If invitee is great, we can track that, inviter gets some reward - everyone connected to everyone in web - interop with community tools

So like Circles UBI but more general purpose? Would their trust network implementation be sufficient to piggy back off of?
