Farcaster is a fresh take on social networking, where users finally have control over their identity and content. What excites me most is the potential for open innovation—anyone can build on top of the protocol without asking for permission.

But with openness comes challenges. How do we keep conversations meaningful and engaging without relying on traditional algorithms? Should communities self-moderate, or do we need new incentive structures to encourage high-quality discussions?
