How have I never heard of these lengua de gato cookies before?!?

They came out of nowhere to be the best cookie ever created!!!

In Spain, we call Lenguas de gato to this kind of cookies and also to little pieces of thin chocolate:

Yes, I'm not the founder, but I'm the organizer of the last editions. Farcaster Fridays Madrid was founded by Nkemjika and Chirbirita and the first one edition was on the past september. And the next one will be a very special one, because the founders will join us, after a few months!
