Mpox
Monkeyppox an infectious virus which is a zoonotic disease (originally transmitted through animals like COVID-19, it comes from monkeys and rats and infects humans).

It occurs primarily in rainforest areas like central and west Africa but unfortunately it's already been exported to other countries.

Signs and symptoms are similar to Flu and COVID in(fever - sore throat - headache - low energy - body aches - swollen lymph nodes) but the differential and significant symptom is skin rashes which can last up to 4 weeks.

Spreading through touching infected areas or fluids, inhaling contaminated air, contaminated materials and of course sexually transmitted.

To avoid getting infected, we need to avoid sharing personal materials, good hygiene and control close contact with people with any symptoms.

In case of suspecting Mpox, you can consult your doctor about running PCR (just a swap from infected area to be tested) to confirm it.

Finally don't panic just be aware everything will be fine🤍🤍.
