It is officially M&A season here in crypto land 🔥 M&As increased 16.7% in Q1 '25 vs. Q4 '24, despite 33% fewer funding rounds. Funds and Web3 projects are being more strategic with their capital now that the bull market is on pause. Q4's Stripe-Bridge deal opened the floodgates, and in Q1 we saw: • Kraken → NinjaTrader ($1.5B) • MoonPay → Helio ($175M) & Iron ($100M) • Chainalysis → Alterya ($150M)

I’m a huge crypto x ai agent maxi. It’s crazy to see the top ai tokens ($virtual, $ai16z, $arc, $aixbt, etc.) get rekt over the past couple months (down ~80% from ATHs) while their fundamentals and utility have only increased. Once the macro environment recovers, ai coins will catch a bid again.

$arc just released its whitepaper v1. Here are some key details: arc's next step in building AI agent infrastructure is Ryzome. Ryzome is "The Agentic App Store" connecting AI agents to thousands of digital services. Ryzome uses Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP), a standard interface allowing agents to access Web2 and Web3 services. Service fees for transactions will be settled in $arc, and revenue distribution is as follows: > 85% to service providers > 10% to Arc treasury > 5% to Playgrounds operations
