Booked my flight to Singapore with IndiGo and only checked reviews after and they don’t look too promising. Anyone has experience? Is it really that bad?

I think just because of how budget friendly the airline is. I didn’t expect to get certain things I’d get in a premium airline. All the reviews are from the same date. Maybe they just had a downtime that day.
