I wish more people in this space realized that most teams and projects are absolutely winging it and flying by the seat of their pants

There is this unhealthy idea around that just because someone has a successful project it somehow makes them smarter than average retail 

I assure you it's not the case

I agree 100%, at the end of the day, the devs are human. Most of us are just trying to put our best foot forward.
