Is there a way to stream crypto by entering in the nft address and it searches to see who owns it and streams to those addresses? Like a more static solution?

This one seems more dynamic where the pool adjust whenever a dog is purchased. I would like to open a pool and it streams to the addresses that had the asset at the time of the time stamp. I guess I could manually do it right?
