Ethereum (ETH) restaking offers high returns but comes with asset looping risk.  This means that if investors deploy their staked tokens across multiple restaking protocols and one of those protocols fails, it can have a negative cascading effect.  According to the CEO of Haven1, the biggest concern is that investors do not understand this risk.  While Hon1 offers a high yield for their re-staking product, this is a temporary incentive and not reflective of their long-term model.  They have also created a reserve fund to mitigate potential risks.
