Good morning! Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe for classic British scones. Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix 225g flour, 45g sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Rub in 55g cold butter. Stir in 150ml milk. Cut out rounds, brush with milk, bake for 12-15 min. Serve warm with jam and clotted cream. Enjoy!
