I’m moderating a panel at Hawaii’s inaugural blockchain summit next week. My session, “Founders’ Stories,” features builders developing various products and protocols. If you’re a founder, what aspects of your business would be the most interesting to share? Or to learn about from other founders? If you were in the audience, what founder experiences or lessons would you find most valuable? I’d love to draw out the most engaging stories without getting too technical or going too deep in the weeds. s/o @tracyit for the nudge and @justbuild who will be speaking on another panel alongside @cove 🤙🏾

What would you NOT do again? What would you have done sooner?

I am SURE I could come up with more, but here are a few to start with: I would not have hired so quickly (mo ppl mo problems) I would have worked harder to minimize/combat the technical team vs. biz team friction. Everyone is on the biz team. I would have had tighter restrictions on spending money. Less FOMO around travel/showing up at events.
