i guess maybe difference in perspectives then. i cast here because i enjoy it and the rewards are gravy, so it doesn’t feel like work to me. 

either way i’m appreciative of it and know the team is working hard so when i provide feedback it’s typically grounded in empathy.

ive been casting far before rewards lol

ofc i appreciate it but to say it doesn’t directly correlate to the time, attention and effort you put into the network is simply not true
