Start from installing the action (https://warpcast.com/~/add-cast-action?url=https://frmz.lol/install-action) and summon it in response to any cast. By doing so, every time you cast a GIF from the frame, the @gif bot will cast on your behalf. If you wanna cast as yourself like @baubergo- did, you need to sign-in with neynar on frmz.lol so the system can safely store your signer thru Neynar's backend 😁
