The 15% weekly limit to tippers has been made more lenient. It previously was checking if the recipient had tipped during the month. Now it will only check if they currently have an allowance.

Please tip people *outside* of the tipping community. Farther has no chance of growing unless you do.

Then you need to make a cast action vs allowing tipping at all with a deemed amt that folxs have to abide by. Where if you click the action it will spit out a confirmation or failure that it worked vs these notifications that it didn't. You can have it say like the @huntbot does @jacque tipped @farther xx amount. But having these games played where we waste casts to fail to meet the rules is silly. 

The coin has tanked so much since I bought in and it just keeps getting more convoluted.
