Been feeling disconnected, unrooted, far away. That feeling of trying to understand a conversation you’re on the periphery of but can’t quite hear. Every now and then someone turns to you to fill you in and you’re grateful but you want to contribute. You want to be heard but your perspective doesn’t feel relevant. Others see you on the fringes and perceive you as wholly part of the conversation but you couldn’t tell them anything about what’s being discussed. Anyways I want to write more and reconnect on here. Hope to see you around more ✨

We are all on this same boat The change in dynamic means that there will be hopefully connections that are fruitful. It saddens me tho knowing that so many people are shutting down and I know that my own growth has slowed again on this platform. I hope its because all the bots are being dealt with. There is no way to turn time back only forward and I really hope that community will come first over what feels like a shutout.

Yeah I think the sentiment is more about the human connection that’s less tangible than the platform / algo / tech stuff. The feeling isn’t as much about growth or visibility more about the quality of my presence. I know so many feel like this too. I see you and others doing so much and want to be able to match that energy. I’m reckoning with the gap between showing up authentically in a way that’s sustainable for me and the fact that — that will often feel disconnected.
