The very specific term you were looking for is pangram! I’ve known it for years having created some fonts for fun, but it’s indeed an uncommonly used term. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_quick_brown_fox_jumps_over_the_lazy_dog Also here’s how I would have prompted it if I didn’t know:
