First: Channel token creation

We will keep improving channel token creation process to help communities move beyond [just] speculation. One superpower at a time.

New requirements:
- Min 100 channel followers
- Channel must be older than 72hrs
- Owner must hold a power badge

This gets pretty interesting if you can pair channel tokens with channel moderation. 

Perhaps there’s some use for tipping (with your own balance) with a channel token as a way to start ranking things. 

It comes with some cost so maybe has higher signal.

I think you can do that already

If you use automod or other bots as moderators, you can then set ul other moderators based on different criterias (PB, nft holder or token holder)

They can upvote and downvote casts to moderate the main feed of the channel
