8. Is something that Coinbase is uniquely positioned to do and would be exciting. Imagine if it started with itself and went from offchain $coin to onchain $coin. You’d finally be able to buy Coinbase in Coinbase.

Is tokenising securities with un-ruggable programming a good idea? A portion of up momentum could be set aside to secure a baseline value for the security. This would provide a guaranteed value and protect pension funds etc from being wiped out entirely. Other mechanics like max 10% move in 24 hrs or circuit breakers would also be appealing to me.
