This channel is amazing! Happy to be here with you all. What are everyone’s sleep stack? I’ll start. Magnesium, blue light blockers since sun down, meditation to disconnect from work, and lavender oil on a diffuser. Sometimes I’ll add CBD, reishi, or microdose melatonin.
