I mean I’d like to hear a statement too but what could he possibly say that would change the fact that he stole 350k from a past project and laundered it through tornado ? He was caught, returned it, and admitted to taking it. 

Unless the other side of the situation is an apology and a commitment to be transparent about his past if he ever joins another team then what’s the point? Also stealing 350k and laundering it is a crime, even if he returned it. If I was his lawyer I’d tell him to remain silent tbh.
