It’s a morbid thing to consider but if you have kids you should set up an end of life plan now just in case. Especially if your kids are adults or in their late teens. If something happens to you, a lot of decisions and responsibilities fall on your children and it’s better if you prepare them for that moment with a solid plan. I speak on this from the perspective of someone who has two parents that became very ill unexpectedly.

unfortunatly both illnesses were terminal and my mother passed away already last November. My dad is a trooper, and he lives in a nice care facility where he seems comfortable and happy all things considered. But yeah its rocked my world, its like getting struck by lightning twice. So unlucky
