Write over it with an erasable marker. The erasability of it all will transfer into the non erasable one and then magically let you erase it

Dry it off. Then write over it with dry erase. Then erase. Might have to go heavy or a few times with the dry erase. Also want it to be a fresh/good dry erase marker. Try on a small spot first.
