What's the mic you are using or what are the mic options you mention?

Also, I have a canon rebel sl2 from maybe 10 yrs ago. Would that be good enough to replace the camera you mention here for a setup for my IRL work or would it be too old?

Your iPhone at this point is going to be the better option in this case 

And the mics I’m using actually work really well with the iPhone 

It’s dji mic 2 - they have a mic mini now as well

No i agree and i like doing it so im going to try and keep it up 

And hopefully have others join this channel 

Def will have something for every budget because it’s not just about spending money 

I’m not a “gear doesn’t matter” guy but I’m a “gear should never stop you from creating” guy
