Amazing how your brain can listen to a podcast at 1.5x then your brain model normalizes the speed making it feel slow. Then you up to 1.75x and even that gets normalized and begins to feel slow.

I can’t listen at 1.5x anymore because the rest of the world feels slow. I get annoyed listening to people talk and move seemingly in slow motion

I've become worse at speaking since I started listening to stuff at >2x speed. Doesn't really feel like other people are slow, just that I'm not fast enough
