I’ve already addressed this privately. The users you mentioned don’t even have points anymore—they stopped farming a while ago. As for the Degen frame rewards bonus, it was updated from 20% to 100%, which benefits the ecosystem. No points were deducted, so not sure what the issue is.

Let's address this:
- how bunch of farmers account which you already give a nod to be banned were able to claim their tips for season 13?
- why degen frame rewards bonus allocation is different from your announcement?
