I’m trying hard not to dump all the $degen I just withdrew from my vault. I want to support people like @kenny and /poidh but my claim was almost nothing last round. I am 99% it should have been more unless I was somehow disqualified. People in the community tried to help but no support from the team. No answers 

It’s super disappointing because I would have continued to vault my tips. I really loved the project but I’m feeling super bitter about it all now

Totally hear you, and I’m really sorry it’s felt this way. You’re not alone—others in the community have run into similar issues, and it’s clear we need to do better. That feedback has been super valuable.

We’ve got our first engineer starting by the end of May, and improving the vaulting/tipping experience is at the top of the list. I wish we’d made that move sooner—but we’re finally on track to fix what’s been broken.

You’ve been an early and generous supporter, and that honestly means a lot. We’re lucky to have people like you still here—and I really hope we can show you it’s worth sticking around.

Really appreciate the feedback. Right now though, with limited resources, I’ll be acting as the project manager and staying close to the community myself. I’ll be gathering feedback, turning it into tasks, prioritizing, and keeping the team focused.

We’ll also be doing regular UX research with cohorts before shipping new features, so I’ll be on the front lines making sure we’re solving real problems. I might not reply to everything, but I read every comment I’m tagged in. I think it makes sense for the founder to be in the trenches early on—might change down the line, but that’s where I’m at for now.

Thank you!  I think it would be good to have some community support person on the timeline. Someone working for Degen the way @grunt.eth works for rainbow.
