Nasdaq down 6% two days in a row. Just under the 7% circuit breaker. Big boys pulling out quietly? Are they trying not to spook the herd? Is the market still pricing in a โ€œTrump might pull backโ€ move? If tariffs do go into effect, do we face a full-blown nosedive? Whatโ€™s your read, DEGENs?

The Nasdaq is heavily tech-focused and includes many of the world's most influential technology companies, like Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, and others. These companies build products-like Nvidia's GPUs -that are used globally across industries. Because of this, the entire world is deeply connected to the performance and innovation coming out of Nasdaq-listed companies. Now, when countries like China raise tariffs or fees on American tech products, it creates serious competitive pressure. It can hurt the sales and global reach of these U.S. companies, while at the same time giving local competitors in China a chance to gain more market share. That's why I'm closely watching what other countries are doing-especially moves that could impact the global demand for Nasdaq tech giants.

The market is bad, but imo it's irrelevant what Trump does; the damage is done. American government is not to be trusted globally.

push money into Treasuries at the expense of Equities, lower rates to reduce debt interest payments - short term. then longer term, new capital comes into the US to fund new businesses. if it works, then we will probably see an epic boom, if it fails then probably some kind of crash. I am hoping/betting on the former : ) ๐ŸŽฉ

Investors will hang on to their money until they figure out what he's going to do next, and for the rest of his term. That's what happens in uncertainty. https://x.com/ThomasSowell/status/1907848959839580614?t=UWT4QEklnmNv_W3HbuE9GA&s=19
