Make it clear that if this behaviour continues, they'll get banned, you don't need to ban them immediately, but let them know atleast.

We’ll likely start with post moderation, disabling tips on low-quality posts. If someone accumulates enough of those, we’ll ban them outright. At least there will be some warnings first.

Will this disabling of tips be done manually? Ik many real humans who are not "farmers" (or that is not their main goal) could easily suffer from an algorithmically determined ban via posting "low quality casts". Not all casts are (or necessitate) a wordy, long form cast/reply. For instance, if I see a meme that makes me laugh/cry, I'm 100% not writing a 300 character response. Quite likely it will include a handful of emojis and a tip.
