2/3 Example: I post a tip allowance frame by @nikolaii.eth and get 1,000 $DEGEN in tips. I still get 1,000 $DEGEN, but @nikolaii.eth (the frame creator) also gets 200 $DEGEN bonus for making the frame.

you will need to check every frame carefully, lest now farmers find a new way to launder degen by creating a frame and distributing it through hundreds of their bot accounts
