I guess the nice part about Next.js is that it has an integrated backend, which makes prototyping things fast. Svelte is just front-end, but I've heard good things about it.

Damn, it even treats service workers as a first-class citizen. In Next.js, you have to use next-pwa, I'm pretty sure, to do that.
