I workout at 5 am 6 days a week I will start off with a protein shake that’s plant based which gives me 23 gs of protein with a scoop of collagen which gives me another 10 gs then I come home and make a decent sized breakfast with some type of meat and I love carbs lol usually go to work about n hr later eat oatmeal
