I know this doesn’t apply to everyone but I am once again imploring you all to buy your houses with cash this cycle if you can afford it

Don’t fall into the trap that you can gamble your money into a larger sum when you have the chance to change your families life forever anon

I have had this debate with people a few times. They all say you make more money if you invest instead of paying your house off.

Me personally I want my home paid off. The freedom that comes with that would be awesome.

Everything I say should be considered useless information, if you take Financial advice from me you need to rethink your life. Husband, father, work a bunch. 



I also think, I got a family if I pay the house off, you got some serious flexibility if shit goes sideways.

No matter what happens my wife and kids have a home.
