Also, advocating for decentralized policies can help too by Engaging in policy discussions to influence regulations that support decentralized technologies.

supporting defi, building protocols and app, or taking part of debates and discussion about thet topic to help with regulation are very great recommendations too personally, I have more trust on coinbase than some banks.. and I am sure that I have more trust on cryptography than banks or central authorities
