Some updates:

1. We're going to reinstate a tip minimum starting 24 hours from now. It will be 200 $farther, which is a little higher than what most voters in the poll preferred but better for growth (imo).
2. In addition to the weekly rewards for posting good content in the channel, I will be more actively hiding low-effort casts.
