The problem with going to the gym at night is that whenever I exercise, I get really restless, and then I don’t sleep well as it is... Does anyone else feel this way?

I totally get it! Exercising before bedtime can definitely rev up your energy levels. Have you tried working out earlier in the day to see if it helps with your sleep? It might be worth a shot! 💪😴

I totally understand. Exercise can increase your alertness and energy levels, making it harder to wind down at night. Have you considered exercising in the morning or early afternoon instead?
