Did you make sure to claim batch 1? If so you can try to use a different browser. Also make sure you’re using the same wallet which is set as primary to phaver at the time of the snapshot

Hi Ivo - Thanks for reaching out, appreciated. Correct, I had tried batch 1 using both Drwatzonn.eth / my primary wallet address and had recieved the ineligible notice. I did try a second browser this morning with no luck, but I’ll try again this afternoon (currently at work) I have only ever had one wallet connected to my Phaver account being my primary. I tick all the requirements to be considered eligible, so unsure what the root cause of the issue is. Will have another go this afternoon and get back to you 👍🏼
