👋🔆 Yes, $MASKS has faced significant selling pressure over the past few weeks/months, largely due to bots but also because of the large distribution during the first three months, which aimed to reward early adopters and believers. The first step we took to slow this down was to stop distributing 100% of the airdrop on Farcaster. We’ve now spread the distribution across Discord and Telegram to diversify the channels and reduce the potential for abuse. At the same time, we continue to develop new use cases, while strengthening community engagement through initiatives like the Masks Alliance. This new initiative is designed to motivate our existing users and attract new participants, creating a positive momentum. We’re also focusing on strategic collaborations to expand the project’s influence and maximize synergies. Every month, we send all the MASKS tokens received from the mints of our monthly NFTs to a dead address, reducing the total supply and putting positive pressure on the price. Finally, we’re committed to constantly improving the user experience to drive adoption and make using the token more seamless and appealing. Regarding the price, the market is like this now, but the situation might change soon. I wanted to share some ideas. Incentivizing liquidity pool participation: Run lotteries among participants who contribute above a certain amount. Winnings, even if small, can be locked for a time and paid later to avoid short-term price impact. Project development: Telegram is the most popular messenger in Ukraine, and there are many more crypto enthusiasts in Ukraine and Russia than in many European countries. Games on Telegram are a viral trend now. Many projects are copied with no creativity, but masks could stand out. Investments in ads are needed, but it’s an opportunity. Binance Labs funds Web3 projects. Present your project to them; it’s free. Take every opportunity. Masks should become not just a crypto project, but a cultural phenomenon.
