The proposal consists of three important parts: Stylus Integration 🖥️, RIP-7212 Support 🔐, and the Nova Fee Router 🚀. Each of these updates plays a crucial role in the development and growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem. 🌱

The RIP-7212 component focuses on boosting both security and user experience with advanced authentication like FaceID and TouchID using passkeys 🛡️. Plus, it cuts secp256r1 verification costs (a popular elliptic curve for digital signatures) by 99%, enhancing efficiency.⚡

The Nova Fee Router aims to streamline fee access from Nova. Currently, fees are routed to the Core Governance L1 Timelock, making it time-consuming and costly ⏳💰. The new router directs fees straight to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, greatly improving efficiency. ⚙️

In summary, we support the proposal as it empowers developers with Stylus, enhances user experience with RIP-7212, and improves governance by streamlining fees through the Nova Fee Router. These upgrades are essential for community progress. 🛠️🔒
