hey guys! 😊 so i've been trying out this new morning routine and omg, it's been such a game changer! 🌟
i start my day with a big glass of water (like, hydrate or diedrate, right? 😂) and then i do a quick 5-minute stretch just to wake up my sleepy muscles. 🧘♀️ seriously, it's like giving my body a little wake-up call. then, i spend 10 mins journaling—just a brain dump of whatever's on my mind. 📝
after that, it's breakfast time! 🥑🍳 i try to keep it healthy-ish, but let's be real, sometimes a bagel calls my name. and i always, always make time for a cup of coffee because, well… priorities! ☕️
