We've updated default connection timeout for peers from 30 seconds to 2 seconds

Hub operators can change the value with LIBP2P_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_MS environment variable

Just min versioned to 1.10.5. This should improve gossip performance for the whole network. Please upgrade via “./hubble.sh upgrade” if you haven’t already.

Can you advise on the right place to seek help? My hub was up for 9 days, but crashed and now I can't get it to start again.  Permission issues in the docker container, including:

npm ERR! Your cache folder contains root-owned files, due to a bug in
npm ERR! previous versions of npm which has since been addressed.
