I asked for thoughts on empathy yesterday, and the responses from @maretus.eth and @adunnithoms1893 stood out. 

Both included what how important empathy is when you're a leader. It's an important trait to understand others. It helps with conflict resolution, collaboration, and communication.

The universal golden rule - I always try to imagine how what I’m doing would make me feel if someone was doing it to me. Using that mindset has always worked do me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Empathy isn’t a fixed trait. It's like a muscle that can be developed with exercise. Developing your listening skills, paying attention to body language,  can heighten your ability to empathize with others.
