empathy (n.) 1. the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another 2. the act of imagining one's ideas, feelings, or attitudes as fully inhabiting something observed (such as a work of art or natural occurrence) I asked for thoughts on empathy yesterday, and the responses from @maretus.eth and @adunnithoms1893 stood out. Both included what how important empathy is when you're a leader. It's an important trait to understand others. It helps with conflict resolution, collaboration, and communication. Is there anything you do when practicing empathy with others?

The universal golden rule - I always try to imagine how what I’m doing would make me feel if someone was doing it to me. Using that mindset has always worked do me. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Thanks for the quote casting. I am honored. Empathy isn’t a fixed trait. It's like a muscle that can be developed with exercise. Developing your listening skills, paying attention to body language, can heighten your ability to empathize with others.
