Strategy 1.3

Formulate and implement the strategy and strategic process. 

Okay, so taking step 1 and 2 in regards to strategy, it's time to formulate and implement. For this step, you need to turn the vision into process. 

Formulate a plan for starting, set goals, set deadline and then implement those. Set up trackers, set up reminders, and find a way to be held accountable. 

Throughout the strategy process, you can continue to assess, envision, formulate and implement.

Strategy 1.4 

Establish a mechanism to evaluate progress

This one is pretty straightforward. Assess, envision, articulate, formulate, and implement your strategy. Take each step seriously and then as you process through your process, evaluate. 

Every process is different and the evaluation processes will vary. It can be identifying issues, collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement, or even preparing rating scales. You should take the time to document and evaluate progress every step of the way. 

Success takes work and a solid strategy is a good place to start.
