Who can help me with /bracky ? I tried to view my holdings and it told me to connect with phone or email. Now showing I have to claim airdrop again...

@tldr any support on this issue? Might be cause I used a different email than my fc email. Unsure how to proceed, and I'm not the only one with the issue.

Dude this happened to me today, had to login on desktop, it’s borked on my phone. Make sure you use your phone or email you started your account with, no way to logout I think

Yeah similar issue. It shows I have 10k then when I go to buy tells me to claim. Idk 🤷🏻♂️

Reconnect with the email you used for sign up. It will show you your holdings afterwards. You can just click claim and it will get you to the next screen.
