Do you feel this is a trait that comes easy to you?

This tends to be a fairly polarizing trait to have. Those who have it tend to feel very deeply. Those who don't tend to have a hard time understanding what another is feeling. The middle ground is where most should strive to be.

Empathy is an important skill for leaders imo. Without it, leaders can't understand employees situations as well and tend to run over people.

I think a society with many people with high empathy will be a really good country.

The role of empathy cant be over emphasizes, it includes conflict resolution, better collaboration ,effective communication among others.
